Terms of Service

Effective 26 August 2026

These terms are between PT World Best Hosting, trading as AuHost (“we”, “us”), and you, the customer. By creating an account or paying for a plan on auhost.site, you agree to them. If you buy for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

1. What we sell

We provide web hosting, related email, and (where stated at checkout) a domain bundled with a plan. Storage, RAM, site limits and extras are as shown at checkout. If a marketing page and the checkout page disagree, the checkout page wins.

Servers for the service are located in Sydney, Australia. We are not a law firm, web agency, or search-ranking service. Getting the site online is on us. What you put on it is on you.

2. Accounts

Give us a working email and keep it current. You are responsible for anyone who uses your login. Tell support@auhost.site straight away if you think the account has been knocked over.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian hold the account. We can ask for extra checks if we reasonably need them for fraud, abuse or domain work.

3. Plans and limits

Each plan has hard limits (sites, storage, RAM). If you blow past them we may ask you to upgrade, throttle the service, or suspend the account after notice. Shared hosting is shared. Neighbourly use matters — see the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Price and billing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly unless stated otherwise) and renew automatically until you cancel.

You authorise us to charge the payment method on file. Failed payments can pause the service. We will email you before we pull the pin. Price changes for a plan you already hold get at least 30 days’ notice.

We do not currently quote an Australian ABN. If Australian GST or an equivalent tax applies to your order, we will show it at checkout or invoice once we are set up to collect it. The amount charged is the amount shown when you pay.

5. Domains

If a plan includes a free domain, it is included for the first registration period stated at checkout, on an extension we support. Renewal after that period is billed separately at the then-current AUD rate. You hold the domain subject to registry rules. We can decline a name that is abusive, infringing or a lookalike scam.

6. Service quality

We aim for a stable service. We do not promise 100% uptime. Maintenance happens. If there is a long, unplanned outage we will make it right in a reasonable way — usually service credit — unless the outage was caused by you, an attack aimed at your site, or something outside our reasonable control.

Backups, if offered, are a safety net. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, back up and transmit it so we can run the service. You warrant you have the rights to put it online.

We can remove or suspend material that appears illegal, harmful, or in breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We will try to tell you first unless the law, a registry, or an active attack says otherwise.

8. Support

Support is by email at support@auhost.site. Abuse reports go to abuse@auhost.site. Billing questions go to billing@auhost.site. We answer as people. We do not guarantee a five-minute reply at 2am.

9. Cancellation

Cancel any time by emailing support or billing from the account email. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The service runs to the end of the period already paid, unless we agree a refund under the Billing and refund policy.

We can suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, abuse, fraud, legal demand, or a serious breach. For smaller issues we will usually give you a chance to fix it. After termination we may delete data once a short holding period has passed. Export anything you need before you cancel.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot sign away — including any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if it applies to you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply, or to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, whichever the applicable law allows.

11. Changes

We can update these terms. Material changes get notice by email or a note in the account. Keep using the service after the change takes effect and you are on the new terms. If you do not like the change, cancel.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. That does not take away non-excludable rights you may have in your own country, including under the Australian Consumer Law for customers in Australia.
